As beauty professionals, the safety and well-being of our employees and clients has always been a top priority. In addition to ensuring our sanitation standards go above and beyond, we want to inform you of some other updated procedures and policies that will take place while services are being rendered as recommended by state guidelines.
WHAT WE ASK OF OUR CLIENTS:
Please wear a mask. You may remove your mask once you're seated in the hair or makeup chair.
Anyone who is displaying any symptoms of illness will be unfortunately denied services without refund.
Anyone who has had contact with someone diagnosed with Covid-19 or who has tested positive for Covid-19 within the past 30 days will unfortunately be denied services. Any advance notice of illness or recent exposure to someone that has tested positive for Covid-19 will be super appreciated!
In order to maintain safe social distancing, a private workspace separate from any areas where people congregate or socialize is required. Ideally, a separate room with a door that can close and a window are best. For sanitation purposes, bathrooms may not be used. (We recommend that you discuss this detail with your wedding planner, day-of coordinator, wedding venue, or hotel in advance as many hotels/venues are willing to accommodate a separate, private space to promote healthy social distancing).
If a separate workspace is unavailable, only the people receiving services are to remain in the available space. This means ONLY our team and clients actively receiving services are present in the room (no congregating/socializing in this space).
You will need to provide a table to work from (4x6 or larger- if booking both hair/makeup two tables and two chairs will be needed).
WHAT WE’RE DOING:
All of our artists/stylists will have hand sanitizer, alcohol, and disinfectant at their disposal and will use the safest possible measures to ensure that there is no cross-contamination between clients.
All Natalia Bailey Makeup Studio team members will be wearing a mask. Makeup artists may also wear a face shield or safety glasses.
We have always and will continue to practice the highest level of sanitation protocols, meaning a fresh clean set of brushes and steel palette to be used for each client with disposables to avoid any cross-contamination.
We will discuss a plan for where you'd like us to set up on the wedding day at your trial appointment.
The health and well-being of our clients, team, and community are of utmost importance to us and will continue to be our guide as we navigate this pandemic.
Thank you for your cooperation and support of our business - we are truly grateful!
